I love these skis - been skiing on the 2008/9 Z10 for the past season and these have the same grip on the snow through ice or hard pack. They don't skid like some of the lighter skis that I have tried before.

Compared to the last Z10, they seem to have a better kick on the turns. Really nice carves and very fast. They are heavier but just as reactive and manoeuvrable. The best thing about them – especially for the first skiing of the season – is that they are very stable. They test you but are nonetheless forgiving: a great combination. It did get thrown a bit by ridges of crud on the slopes (or maybe that was just my skiing!)

Highly recommended.
