Test Born 2 Ride Soul 2012

I got a chance to test this ski last year. I was looking for some all round powder ski that perform good in all conditions. Since I am a big fan of rocker technology, the Soul in 185 with 108mm under foot looked very interesting. Very good in powder thanks to almost 140mm in nose and some serious rocker. Although I felt very confident skiing it on hardpack. Slightly camber provides very good grip on ice. Moderate medium flex helps to keep a good balance between the playfulness and responsiveness of the ski. If you are spending most time in backcountry and you're looking for one ski that would do it all, the Soul might be worth considering! Plus the graphic is mind-blowing!
